This is a Horse Drawn Carriage, In Vina Del Mar by the beach. A lot of times you see people who just got marred go around town in this types of carriage's.This would be cool to have, to ride around in town with some friends, and maybe even as a cool old school Taxi. Would be a good way to make money I wonder if it is legal to ride a hours in California. Ill have to look that one up and get back to you.
